Quick Help & Tips

Manual Entry

  • Fill out all required fields in the form
  • Use the standard date format: MM/DD/YYYY
  • State codes should be two letters (e.g., FL, TX)
  • Late Pickup is optional (defaults to Pickup Date in TMS)
  • Click "Add Load Entry" to save the entry

Bulk Entry

  • Copy rows from spreadsheet or email
  • Paste into the bulk entry text area
  • Both old (1 date) and new (2 date) formats supported
  • 51/53 → 53 and 48/51 → 48 automatically
  • Click "Format Text" to auto-format
  • Click "Process Bulk Entries" to add all at once

Direct TMS Upload

  • Login to Bennett TMS using the link above
  • Add your load entries as usual
  • Late Pickup is sent as lateDate to TMS
  • Click "Upload to TMS" to send directly
  • No CSV download/upload needed!
